You can check in from 14:00 on the date of your arrival.
No need to inform us about your arrival – just park at the pitch you have booked.
Check-out before 13:00 on the date of your departure.
We will not chase you out if you stay a bit longer, but if someone else is checking in at 14:00 you must be able to leave quickly.
The wireless network at the campsite is named “storviksanden“.
The network is encrypted for our guests, ensuring the safety and security of your data.
The first time you connect to the WiFi you will be asked to provide a password – this is located in the order confirmation you received by e-mail with your booking confirmation.
The wireless network has a lot of transmitters in place. The transmitters are placed in the light poles so as not to be hidden behind other RVs. You will get the best reception if you are in sight of one of the transmitters.
If you experience difficulties connecting, try to bring your tablet/PC/cell phone to the service building where reception and coverage is great. It can be easier to connect to the WiFi for the first time there. If you still are experiencing problems, you can contact us or ask a neighbor how they managed to connect. Some times it will work after trying a few times.
Make sure that the password is typed in correctly.
If you still are not able to connect to the WiFi, please contact us by e-mail or our contact form letting us know which pitch you tried from, approximate timing and what kind of device you experienced the issue on. We will review the logs and try to locate the reason for your issue to help you.
Of course. We have a very lenient cancellation policy. You can cancel up until the date of your arrival (so you have to cancel 1 day in advance). This gives us a chance to rent the pitch to someone else.
All cancellation requests must be sent by e-mail to email@example.com or through our contact form.
Yes, but if you wish to switch to another pitch, you have to book the new pitch and send us a cancellation request for the first pitch. Send it by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or through our contact form. We will always allow switching from one pitch to another, and refund the booking for the first pitch.
